Bank

Designing trust, efficiency, and institutional confidence

Commercial

A complete interior design for a bank branch in Nablus covering the full customer-facing and operational environment. The project addresses every part of the customer journey — from the entrance and reception through the teller counters, transfer services, and meeting areas, to the manager's office. The design communicates institutional trust while remaining genuinely welcoming.

What the Client Needed

  • Create a professional environment that communicates financial reliability and trust
  • Improve customer flow and reduce perceived wait times through spatial design
  • Design teller and service counters for maximum operational efficiency
  • Create a manager's office that functions well and impresses during client meetings
  • Integrate all security and operational infrastructure without visual disruption

The Groundwork

Research into modern banking environments reveals a global shift toward more human-centered spaces that reduce customer anxiety and increase approachability. The best contemporary bank branches communicate security and professionalism through material quality rather than formal intimidation.

The Idea

"Confident Warmth" — a bank interior that communicates authority through quality and precision, while remaining genuinely approachable for the customers it serves every day.

What We Faced

  • Integrating required security infrastructure without making the environment feel hostile
  • Designing operational layouts that meet strict regulatory requirements
  • Creating a unified interior language across functionally very different areas

How We Solved It

  • All security infrastructure concealed within purpose-designed architectural elements
  • Floor plans developed in close collaboration with operations to meet all regulatory and workflow requirements
  • A consistent material and color language unifies reception, teller hall, and private offices into a single spatial identity
